After the high-pressure cleaner is used for a period of time, some minor faults may occur due to improper operation or other reasons. Although it will not affect the cleaning work for a while, if it is not dealt with in time, the minor fault will become a big problem. At that time, it will be too late to regret.
When the high-pressure cleaner is running, if you hear an abnormal scream from it, it is likely that the motor bearing lacks oil. At this time, we only need to inject ordinary butter into the oil hole of the motor to solve the problem. At the same time, we must also remember to replenish oil regularly in the hydraulic pressure during daily maintenance.
The high-pressure cleaner has a certain working pressure during operation, but the rated pressure of the equipment can never be adjusted. In this case, it is first necessary to judge whether the aperture of the high-pressure nozzle matches. If the problem is still not resolved after replacing the nozzle, check the pressure regulator valve of the pressure washer.
If the fault persists under the premise of excluding these two situations, it means that the seal assembly in the high-pressure washer pump is damaged or the piston is damaged. You need to contact the manufacturer for assistance in maintenance. Do not disassemble the equipment for maintenance without permission to avoid further deterioration of the problem.
When we regularly check and maintain the high-pressure cleaner, we should observe the color of the crankcase lubricating oil through the window. If it becomes turbid or milky white, it means that the oil seal in the high-pressure water pump is not tight or has been damaged, and it must be stopped immediately for replacement.
If the high-pressure pipe vibrates violently when the high-pressure cleaner is running, it is likely to be caused by the malfunction of the valve, which needs to be re-pressurized to overcome it.
