1. Check the high-pressure nozzle to see if the outlet hole of the high-pressure nozzle becomes larger. It is possible that the nozzle has been used for a long time and is severely worn. The outlet hole has become larger. If the wear is serious, replace the high-pressure nozzle. The high-pressure nozzles of high-pressure cleaning equipment for small-pressure equipment will basically not wear out, because our high-pressure nozzles are basically heat-treated stainless steel nozzles, which have a high degree of wear resistance. If it is for high-pressure nozzles of high-pressure equipment due to high-speed movement of water flow, high-temperature wear and the like will occur. Replace nozzle immediately.

2. Check whether the water inlet filter is blocked, because there may be impurities in the water and the water inlet filter may be blocked, just remove the filter and wash it with water or replace the water inlet filter. If the filter screen is often blocked due to unclean water source, you can increase the size of the external filter, or replace the clean water source; do not remove the water inlet filter. Impurities in the water can damage the sealing components and suction and discharge valves in the high-pressure pump.

3. Check the sealing components inside the pressure regulating valve, relief valve and high-pressure water pump respectively, such as: whether the O-rings of the pressure regulating valve and relief valve are worn, whether the spring and seat surface are worn, whether the O-ring inside the pump is Wear, whether the water seal is damaged, whether the one-way valve is worn or cushioned by foreign objects. Find problems in time and deal with them in time. After everything is normal, restart the machine.

4. The pressure of the high-pressure cleaner suddenly drops, and is there any abnormal noise during operation. If there is abnormal noise, immediately shut down and turn off the power. Check whether the high pressure pump crankcase is normal. It is possible that the connecting rod, plunger, etc. may fall off or be damaged, so check and solve it in time. If it is not resolved in time, the consequences will be disastrous.
