Reason analysis and solution of high pressure pump noise
When we use the high-pressure pump, we often hear the noise of the high-pressure pump gear, so what is the reason for the noise?
The possibility of the high pressure pump gear making noise is as follows
1) The impact of the rotary vane on the cylinder, the residual volume of the high-pressure gear pump and the sound of pressure oil in the exhaust gap;
2) The impact of the exhaust valve plate on the valve seat and support;
3) Echo and bubble bursting sound in the cabinet;
4) Bearing noise;
5) Noise caused by a large amount of gas and oil impacting the oil baffle, etc.;
6) Others. Such as the noise caused by the transmission, the fan noise of the air-cooled gear high-pressure pump, etc.
7) Motor noise, which is a crucial factor.
We already know the reason, so how to solve it?
1) The self-priming high-pressure pump should be placed in a well-ventilated place as much as possible to facilitate rapid heat dissipation and reduce the temperature of the motor. Otherwise, if it runs for a long time, it will easily cause the motor to catch fire. In addition, before starting the high-pressure pump, it is necessary to check whether the water storage in the pump body meets the requirements, otherwise it will not only affect the self-priming performance, but also burn the shaft seal parts. Under normal circumstances, the water should come out within 3 to 5 minutes after the high-pressure pump is started, otherwise it should be stopped immediately to check where there is a problem.
2) Once the high-pressure pump fails, do not disassemble it by yourself. It should be repaired at an experienced and large-scale maintenance point, and replace the overage parts and some vulnerable parts in time. Under normal circumstances, the high-pressure pump should be repaired every six months, and sick work should be avoided.
3) When the high-pressure pump is not in use for a long time, it is necessary to lift the high-pressure pump away from the water source in time, and drain the accumulated water in the high-pressure pump, especially in the cold winter, and then place it in a dry place. The key parts of the high-pressure pump are coated with butter, and lubricating oil is added to the bearings to prevent parts from rusting.
4) Determine the number and reserve ratio of high-pressure pumps: For normal-running high-pressure pumps, generally only one is used, because one large high-pressure pump is equivalent to two small high-pressure pumps working in parallel, which means that the lift and flow are the same, and the high-pressure The efficiency of the pump is higher than that of the small high-pressure pump, so from the perspective of energy saving, it is better to choose one large high-pressure pump instead of two small high-pressure pumps. However, when the flow rate is too large and one high-pressure pump cannot achieve the required flow rate, two high-pressure pumps can be considered. The pumps work in parallel.
