Application of high pressure cleaning machine in dredging of sewer pipes
Due to the frequent dumping of sewage and other debris in the sewer pipes, as well as problems such as cement mortar on the infrastructure site, these debris are precipitated and silted up. Excessive deposition will cause pipeline blockage. If it cannot be cleaned and dredged in time, it will cause sewage overflow, pollute the environment, cause economic losses, and bring trouble to residents' lives. Let's introduce the application of high pressure cleaners in sewer dredging.
1. Mechanical dredging method
Mechanical dredging method is a commonly used method. The specific method is: first pass the TT piece through the pipeline section that needs to be cleaned, one end of the TT piece is tied with a steel wire rope, and one end of the cleaning tool is tied to the rope. There is a winch on each of the two sections of the inspection well. When the TT piece passes through the pipe section, the wire rope is tied to one winch, and the other end of the cleaning tool is tied to the other winch through the wire rope, and then the winch is used to reciprocate back and forth. Move the wire rope to drive the cleaning tool to hang the sludge into the downstream inspection well, so that the pipeline can be cleaned. The power of the winch can be manual or motorized, and the specific needs are determined according to the actual situation.
The mechanical dredging method is suitable for sewer pipes of various diameters. It is mainly aimed at the situation when the pipeline is clogged seriously, the silt is tightly bonded, and the hydraulic cleaning effect is not good. However, this method also has shortcomings, such as, Workers are labor-intensive and need to go down manually to send TT slices from one wellhead to another.
2. Hydraulic desilting method
The hydraulic desilting method is to make a dredging device that can block water. It is put into the pipeline by the inspection well. Due to the small size of the wellhead, the whole device cannot be put down. Generally, the parts of the device are transported first, and then assembled in the pipeline. method. After the dredging device is assembled, it is placed in the pipeline position to block the sewage in the pipeline upstream of the device. When the water level reaches a certain height, water is released to make the upstream water flow to remove the sediment in the pipeline. When the sediment is washed away, the dredging device will move downstream, and then collect water and dredging.
Although this method can remove the sludge, a considerable amount of work needs to be carried out in the pipeline. In addition, the water content of the sludge is very high, and the sewage in the pipeline itself must have a certain flow rate.
Otherwise, although a gas plug is used in a certain pipeline, due to the interconnectedness of the pipeline system, one part is blocked, and the upstream sewage can still flow to other pipe sections, so that no water can accumulate in the pipeline, and the gas plug cannot go down. wander. As a result, the vehicle can only be washed by water or by transporting water from other places, which is both labor-intensive and water-intensive.
