1. Check the high-pressure nozzle to see if the outlet hole of the high-pressure nozzle becomes larger. It is possible that the nozzle has been used for a long time and the wear and tear is serious. The outlet hole has become larger. If the wear is serious, the high pressure nozzle can be replaced. The high-pressure nozzle of the high-pressure cleaning equipment of the small pressure equipment basically does not wear, because the high-pressure nozzles we are equipped with are basically stainless steel nozzles that have undergone heat treatment, and the wear resistance is very high. If it is for the high-pressure nozzle of the high-pressure equipment, high-temperature wear occurs due to the high-speed movement of the water flow. Replace the nozzle immediately.

2. Check whether the water inlet filter is blocked, because there may be impurities in the water and the water inlet filter may be blocked. Remove the filter and clean it with water or replace the water inlet filter. If the filter is often blocked due to the unclean water source, you can increase the external filter, or replace the clean water source; do not remove the water inlet filter. Impurities in the water can damage the sealing components and suction and discharge valves in the high-pressure pump.

3. Check the sealing components inside the pressure regulating valve, overflow valve and high-pressure water pump respectively, such as: whether the O-ring of the pressure regulating valve and the overflow valve is worn, whether the spring and seat surface are worn, whether the O-ring inside the pump is worn Abrasion, water seal damage, check valve worn or cushioned by foreign objects. Find problems in time and deal with them in time. After everything is normal, restart the machine.

4. The pressure of the high-pressure cleaner suddenly decreases, and whether there is abnormal noise during operation. If there is abnormal noise, shut down immediately and turn off the power. Check whether the high pressure pump crankcase is normal. It is possible that the connecting rod, plunger, etc. fall off or are damaged, check and solve it in time. If it is not resolved in time, the consequences will be unimaginable.
